List of Outdoor Team Building Venues

List of Outdoor Team Building Venues

As summer approaches, you and your team may be busy looking for venues to host your annual team building activities and/or summer outing. There are lot of things to consider when choosing a venue. You have to check if the available amenities could cater your team building objectives; if they have in-house facilitators and other like services; if the location is proximately close from your office; if the accommodation is enough to house the size of your department; and if the price is good.

The real meaning of teamwork is to trust each member that they can perform their individual task. – anonymous

You also have to verify if you can bring in foods (including snacks) and drinks (including liquors) and the associated corkage fee if available. You are lucky enough if you can still avail ongoing promotions. You can also ask for discounts most especially if you are a large organization.

I prepared the venue suggestions below hoping that this will aid your team building organization task. Please note that the list is randomly chosen and is not ranked according to the quality of services these venues are offering.

Clubbalai Isabel is fun-filled with watersports and activities. You may go kayaking in Taal Lake or relax in their spacious swimming pools. The Kumintang Mega Pool is an infinity waterpool that is 3 meters (for kids) and 4 to 7 meters (for adult) deep. Outdoor sport activities includes; volleyball, basketball, tennis, and badminton. But if you choose military-like adventure, you have an option to utilize their Balikatan Obstacle Course. Accommodations for those who want to spend their night at the resort and function rooms for indoor activities are available.

  • Nice places. If you’d like something more affordable and natural in the Palawan area, the camp at
is located half way between El Nido and Coron. Many of the public ferries stop in Linapacan, after which it is a short boatride to the island. There are 52 islands in this area, most of which are deserted or only sparsely populated by fishermen families. They have jungle trails for trekking, can organise local boat fishing/snorkeling tours in the clearest waters in the world, some caves to explore, two shipwrecks for diving, an old Spanish fortress, even kitesurfing and other sports at the camp.

  • I’ve learn a few excellent stuff here. Definitely value bookmarking for revisiting.
I wonder how so much attempt you place to create this
    sort of wonderful informative site.

  • western union

chateau royal sports and country club is NOT A GOOD place for team building. we just had our team building last august 17 – 18, 2014. the service is so bad, food is not delicious, the rooms have some kind of bad smell and there is NO WATER! waiters are not polite at all.

  • Good list! Check out some venues also at http://www.venues.ph although some of the venues still lack information.

      Hi Regz,

Good suggestion. I’ll try my best to compile team bulding venues in the Visayas and Mindanao. That may require a lot of research on my side but it’s fine.

I am sorry but it won’t be that soon.

    • Try Kalinawan Resort in Samal Island off Davao and Dakak Resort in Dapitan City

    • iAn

Hi Sir Larry, I suggest you directly contact those in the list. I have already provided their website.

  • Great list iAn. We at Angler Media recently held our team building at a brand new venue in Tagaytay called Gratchi’s Getaway (they have a beautiful website at http://www.gratchi.com).

Aside from its friendly staff and great outdoor team building facilities (obstacle courses, natural pool, zipline, high ropes) it is all set within a farm setting so you are surrounded by animals of all sorts, even ostriches.

Anyway, check them out if you are looking for team building venue in tagaytay…
