2. Don’t Be Over Enthused
Yes, it may be a long journey. Yes, it’s going to take a lot of time. Yes, you may get bored with it. But would you like being bored or hell tired?
Clearly, it’s good to be enthused, but your over-enthusiasm for a trekking trip may bring your way several inconveniences like exertion, dehydration, exhaustion and severe backache and leg pain.
So, think smartly and strategize your trekking journey, or at least take it slow so, you can avoid such problems.
3. Carry Enough Food
Running out of food is one of the biggest problems that you may have to face on your trekking journey.
And guess what? You aren’t going to find a subway or a McDonalds on your way. Not even a coffee shop in most cases.
So, what can you do?
Carry the food that you need or may probably need while trekking. This is important for making sure that you don’t run out of food supplies before getting back to the planes where you can easily find stuff to feed yourself.
4. Train Before You Trek
Not that you need to climb a mountain the day before your trek. This obviously has to be a process. A process to prepare your body for the bigger journey that you’ll walk.
So, how to prepare?
Well, it’s nothing that you wouldn’t normally do. It’s just about indulging in cardio-vascular exercises that boost your stamina and enhance your core strength.
For this, you can consider cycling and jogging as well. The goal is to train your body to be physically active.
5. Get The Right Boots and a Comfortable Bag
As we are trying to make sure that you don’t get too tired on your trekking adventure, it’s crucial to make sure that you wear qualified boots and carry a comfortable bag that doesn’t ache your back.
So, to make sure that you walk up with the right posture, don’t forget to buy hiking boots and a comfortable bag, so you don’t have to take frequent breaks.

6. Use a Walking Pole
