Nice places. If you’d like something more affordable and natural in the Palawan area, the camp at

is located half way between El Nido and Coron. Many of the public ferries stop in Linapacan, after which it is a short boatride to the island. There are 52 islands in this area, most of which are deserted or only sparsely populated by fishermen families. They have jungle trails for trekking, can organise local boat fishing/snorkeling tours in the clearest waters in the world, some caves to explore, two shipwrecks for diving, an old Spanish fortress, even kitesurfing and other sports at the camp.

chateau royal sports and country club is NOT A GOOD place for team building. we just had our team building last august 17 – 18, 2014. the service is so bad, food is not delicious, the rooms have some kind of bad smell and there is NO WATER! waiters are not polite at all.

Good suggestion. I’ll try my best to compile team bulding venues in the Visayas and Mindanao. That may require a lot of research on my side but it’s fine.

Great list iAn. We at Angler Media recently held our team building at a brand new venue in Tagaytay called Gratchi’s Getaway (they have a beautiful website at http://www.gratchi.com).

Aside from its friendly staff and great outdoor team building facilities (obstacle courses, natural pool, zipline, high ropes) it is all set within a farm setting so you are surrounded by animals of all sorts, even ostriches.

Anyway, check them out if you are looking for team building venue in tagaytay…
