May 10 of 2011 when I received a snail mail with a letter dated April 21, 2011. At the very first, I was cynical seeing the letter envelop because I hadn’t made any transaction or contact with Consolidated Payment Services (sender). The sender address was Singapore Post Center, PO Box 558, Singapore 914019. But I admit that seeing the letter header enthused me, when it stated it was an awards certification but the question behind my mind is, “for what?”. Security Bank Building Painter: Don’t You See the Risk?

I am always thinking how much this building painter is paid of. Was his salary enough for him to take this risk? Painting on top of the building with just a rope tied on his waist is not enough to guarantee his safety. Why did the contractors allow this? Why don’t they provide a safer harness? Nothing terrible happened to the painter but , I believe, we should not wait for that terrible thing to happen before we act. This video was taken June 13 of 2011.
