I posted before on how to customize your blogger or blogspot domain using co.cc wherein you can change your long blogger domain (i.e. yoursubdomain.blogspot.com) into a shorter and easy to remember customized domain (i.e. www.yourdomain.co.cc). However, some problems are encountered in accessing your webpage – when you type yourdomain.co.cc in your browser without the www, it will not redirect to your site but to a co.cc parked domain. You can access your site, www.yourdomain.co.cc but the bold domain (yourdomain.co.cc) does not exist or does not redirect to www.yourdomain.co.cc.
In this post, I will clarify some issues and will help you direct your bold domain to your blog or website. By this, you can open your site by just typing your bold domain without the use of www. Just follow the step by step instruction below (Make sure that you have already signed or used co.cc domain, if not, follow this link.
1. Sign in to your co.cc account and then click manage domain in the left column. Select the domain that you want to set up or update.
2. Click Set Up and you will be redirected to a new page.

3. On your Zone Records, Click Add a Record in which you must fill Host field with yourdomain.co.cc, leave the TTL to default, choose A for the Type field and point the Value to a Google IPs shown below and then click set up.

- 216.239.36.21
- 216.239.38.21
4. Repeat Procedure 3 four times but the Value must be of different IP address. Make sure that you have entered all the four IP addresses to complete your set up.

Your bold domain is now ready to redirect to your site but please take note that this may take effect for up to 48 hours. There is always a worth for your patience.
