To cater the needs of both local and regional boating enthusiasts, Alphaland is building a yacht club that forms part of PAGCOR Entertainment City. The Alphaland Manila Club is currently under construction (stockpiling of breakwater) in front of its 32-hectare mixed-used development project, the Alphaland Bay City.
The NEDA board approved the Government’s third PPP (Public-Private Partnership) priority project lined up for bidding for this year last May 30, 2012. DPWH received a consent from NEDA Board Chair President Benigno S. Aquino III to hold a bidding of the 13 to 15-billion peso NAIA Expressway project.
Bagong Nayong Pilipino Entertainment City Manila, also called Bagong Nayong Pilipino Manila Bay Tourism City or simply PAGCOR City, is a Las Vegas-like, multi-billion dollar entertainment development at the 100-hectare reclaimed land in Parañaque City, an area south of Mall of Asia. The master plan was shown to the public early 2007 which was initiated by the former PAGCOR Chairman Efraim Geniuno.
